ENG/ In FTA family (Fashion Technology Accelerator), the new member promises to support the customers during the shopping in the e-commerce. Askourt, an Israeli‘s startup is enter in the FTA Milan portfolio to reach the new goals in the Italian market, in support the famous fashion brand and to improve the conversion rate. Funded in the 2015 from Tomer Limoey, Askourt wants support the customer via social paltforms and mobile app, during the shopping time, beacuse a past research has demonstrate that only 14% of people follow the social advertising and the 78 percents of people trusts of the opinion of their friends. Askourt is a plugin that to install in any e-commerce platforms and permits without exit from the ecommerce to ask the opinion and information with sms, WhatsApp or Facebook, and with this method wants to encourage the customer to closed the buy process. A recent Business Inside report declared that from 4 years the mobile shopping reaching the 45% of the total buying operation on the web. With Askourt the startups inside FT Accelerator runs to 8 and creates a diversified International portfolio.

ITA/ Una nuova società entra a far parte della famiglia di Fashion Technology Accelerator Milano (FTA). Askourt è una startup israeliana nata nel 2015 da un idea di Tomer Limoey, per supportare gli utenti durante la fase di acquisto sugli e-commerce. In pratica Un plugin viene installato nel megozio virtuale e questo permette di chiedere consigli attraverso un sms o messagi via Whatsapp o Facebook. Solo il 14% si fida della pubblicità online, e circa il 78% preferisce un aiuto di un conscente. Askourt vuole aiutare a rendere più profittevoli gli e-commerce dei fashion brands italiani, anche sulla previsione data da una recente studio di Business Inside, dove si evidenzia che entro 4 anni, il 45% degli acquisti sul web arriveranno dagli smartphone. Con Askourt salgono a 8 le aziende nel portafoglio sempre più intrnazionale di FTA Milano.
